Dr. Clare Panning grew up in Ohio where she graduated from The University of Findlay with a bachelors in animal science. After graduating from college, she moved westward and worked for Silver Spur Ranches in Wyoming and Beef Northwest in Oregon.  From 2013-2017 she attended The Ohio State University and focused her studies in equine and bovine medicine. Following veterinary school, Dr. Clare interned at Brock Veterinary Clinic in Lamesa, Texas, a mixed animal practice focused predominantly on performance horse medicine.
Now, Dr. Clare is excited to be in Bridger, Montana helping members of her new community through veterinary medicine!
On the equine side her emphasis includes lameness, joint management, and reproduction while on the beef side her special interests include cow calf consulting and feedlot medicine.
In Dr. Clare’s free time, she enjoys riding her horse, working cattle, and hiking in the mountains with her dog. When the weather isn’t cooperating, she likes scrapbooking, watching Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, and is attempting to learn the art of hitching horsehair.
